Final art may be uploaded after checkout. Once an order is placed it is added to our production queue. We check every file before printing and will contact you with any questions or concerns. If you have requested to view a printed proof we will let you know as soon as it’s ready to check out at our Cold Spring location. Digital proofs will be emailed within 1 business day. Otherwise you will be notified when the order is ready to pick up. Most orders completed within 1-3 business days dependent on order details.

Pick Up & Shipping Policy

We are only able to take orders within the U.S. By default, all orders are set to be picked up in person at our Cold Spring, NY location. 

 

Contact us if you'd like to ship your order via UPS. We will  not be able to calculate a total until after the job is complete since the shipment cost is based on final weight. The shipping cost will be billed separately.
